INGREDIENT INFORMATION

*ALLERGY INFORMATION: This cake contains milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and nuts (coconut). The cake was produced in a facility that processes almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, and coconut.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING:

All cakes are placed in our custom cake box for a beautiful presentation. For shipping, layer cakes are specially packaged with dry ice in an insulated cooler and shipped via FedEx.  Allow cake to reach room temperature before enjoying, which may take two hours. Wrap any remaining cake with plastic and refrigerate. Refrigerated cake will remain fresh for one week after arrival. You may also freeze wrapped leftover cake for 3 months.

This cake was for my sister who is an excellent baker- she said this was the best coconut my cake Ever!

Girl. This cake is FIRE!

I’m not one for leaving reviews, but this cake is truly exceptional. It’s the epitome of a classic dessert perfectly executed and elevated with a beautiful cake texture (think tres leches but fluffier). The frosting is wonderfully balanced. This cake will appease even the most particular and discriminating cake lover. Even people who “don’t like coconut “ came back for a second slice.

Best Coconut Cake Ever!

I have tried several coconut cake recipes over the years and gave up trying to bake the perfect coconut cake. After having the award winning chocolate cake for my birthday we decided to try the WTTC coconut cake for my husband’s birthday. This is by far the best coconut cake that we have ever had. Moist, with delicious frosting and a hint of coconut flavor in the rich, buttery cake. Perfection! We can’t wait to try another flavor! Maybe strawberry or peanut butter?
