If you cancel your order before 5:00 pm the day before your shipping date, you will receive a full refund. Call Customer Service at 1-888-901-2253 to cancel. If you must cancel the day of shipping, you can call Customer Service before 10:00 am to receive a store credit. After 10:00 am, the cake has shipped and we are not able to provide a refund or credit.
