1. How does the Loyalty Points Program work?
After creating an account, customers can earn points through various activities and/or referring new customers. After reaching at least 100 points or referring one new customer, participants can then redeem their points or use their exclusive completion referral code for discounts on their next purchase.
2. What are the benefits of joining WTTC's Loyalty Points Program?
As a member of our exclusive Loyalty Points Program, you can unlock exclusive discounts that are only available to our program members.
3. Is there a cost associated with joining WTTC's Loyalty Points Program?
Our Loyalty Points Program is completely FREE to all current and new customers!
4. How do I sign up for the WTTC Loyalty Points Program?
There are two ways to sign up:
1. Through the rewards icon in the bottom left corner of the screen
2. Visiting wetakethecake.com/account/login.
5. How do I earn points?
There are multiple ways to earn points:
• Sign up for the Loyalty Points Program = 100 points
• Place an order online or in-store = 5 points per $1 spent
• Like us on Facebook = 50 points
• Share our website on Facebook = 50 points
• Follow us on Instagram = 100 points
• Submit a product review = 100 points (will be added to account approximately 2-4 weeks after completion)
• Share your birthday date with us = 500 points (must be entered at least 30 days before the date provided to acquire points)
*New customer accounts created with in-store orders will receive 100 sign-up points once an account is made on our website.
6. How does the Referral Program work?
There are currently two ways to participate in our Referral program:
1. New customers referred to by current account holders = $5 off coupon sent to email provided
2. Current account holders that refer new customers who complete a purchase with their referral code = $5 off coupon sent to the email
7. Can I earn points for purchases made online and in-store?
YES – Our Loyalty Points Program allows customers to earn points on purchases made directly on our site and in-store.
8. What types of rewards are available in the program?
Account holders that accumulate at least 100 points or complete at least one new customer referral will be eligible to redeem points.
9. Are there any restrictions on redeeming rewards?
Yes – Account holders can only redeem points on orders greater than $42.00. Blackout dates are also in effect with our Loyalty Points Program, and are subject to change at any point without notice.
10. How do I update my personal information or contact details for the loyalty program?
To change your account email, please reach out to sales@wetakethecake.com
11. How do I check my reward points balance?
You can check your current point balance and completed referral rewards by using the “Rewards” icon in the bottom left corner of the site.
12. Can I transfer my rewards to someone else?
No – Rewards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on the account with which the email is associated with.
13. Do my rewards expire?
No – Your point balance and referral codes will never expire!
14. Can I combine my rewards with other discounts or promotions?
Yes and No – You can combine rewards with other advertised promotions. However, you cannot use two discount codes in one purchase.
15. What happens if I return an item purchased with rewards?
Any items refunded or returned result in a forfeit of any points or referral rewards used for that order.
16. How long does it take for my rewards to be credited after a purchase?
Most points and referral activity rewards will be added to your account after order completion. Activities that will not receive instant rewards include:
• New customer accounts created with in-store orders will receive 100 sign-up points once an account is made on our website.
• Review points will be added to accounts approximately 2-4 weeks after completion.
• Birthday reward will be acquired as long as it is at least 30 days before the birthday month and day provided.

These Loyalty Points Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the Loyalty Points Program ("Program") offered by We Take The Cake® ("Company"), accessible at www.wetakethecake.com ("Website"). By creating an account and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. Account holders must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States, excluding its territories and possessions.
1.2. Individuals are limited to one (1) account per person.
2. POINTS CURRENCY
2.1. The currency for the Program is "Points."
2.2. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed as outlined in these Terms.
3. EARN POINTS
3.1. Customers can accumulate points through the following program options:
• 5 points per $1 spent on any order purchased directly through our website, with a minimum order spend total of $42 before taxes.
• 50 points for liking our business page on Facebook.
• 50 points for following us on Instagram.
• 50 points for sharing our Loyalty Points Program on a personal Facebook account.
• 500 points for providing us with the month and day of their birthdate, at least one month prior to the provided day.
• 100 points for completing a review on our website. Review points will be added to the user's account approximately 2-4 weeks after review completion.
4. REFERRAL REWARDS
4.1. Account holders can earn $5 Referral Rewards by referring a new customer who does not currently possess a Loyalty Points Program account on our site.
4.2. The referred customer must complete an order with a minimum spend of $42 before taxes to activate the $5 coupon received via email.
5. REDEMPTION OF POINTS
5.1. Account holders can redeem accumulated points in increments of 100.
5.2. Points can be redeemed on any order with a minimum spend of $42 before taxes.
6. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
6.1. Points or rewards cannot be shared or transferred to other accounts.
7. EMAIL COMMUNICATION
7.1. By creating an account, you agree to receive email messages from our store regarding marketing emails and specific We Take The Cake account-specific emails.
7.2. Users can opt out of the Loyalty Points Program at any time by emailing sales@wetakethecake.com.
8. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Points Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. In case of program termination, all unredeemed points will be forfeited.
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States.
Please review these Terms carefully. By participating in the Loyalty Points Program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
