Layer cakes and cupcakes are baked to order, frozen, and shipped with dry ice.
Bundt cakes ship at ambient temperature and arrive ready to eat, with no dry ice, gel packs, or insulated cooler.
Goldbelly cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO boxes, or Amazon Hubs or Lockers.
Carriers may deliver any time between 8 am and 10 pm. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, allow the cake to come to room temperature before enjoying, approximately 2 to 3 hours from frozen.
For clean slices:
Run a knife blade under hot water
Dry the knife with a towel before slicing
Repeat between slices
Keep the cake in its box while it sits on the counter, out of direct sunlight, to avoid color changes.

Remove your bundt cake from the packaging and place on a serving plate
Remove the frosting cup and remove the lid from the cup
Microwave the frosting in the cup for 10 to 20 seconds
Stir, drizzle over the cake, and enjoy
Bundt cakes arrive with a frosting cup nested in the center of the cake. Mini bundt cakes arrive frosted.
Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause skin injury if handled incorrectly.
Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
Use gloves or tongs if you need to handle dry ice.
Keep dry ice away from children and pets.
Allow any remaining dry ice to dissipate in a well-ventilated area.
Due to the perishable nature of these products, Goldbelly is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO boxes, and Amazon Hubs or Lockers.
Goldbelly ships to residential addresses, businesses, venues, and apartment buildings. Goldbelly does not recommend shipping to USPS facilities, UPS, or FedEx distribution centers, which may result in spoilage or disposal of the product.
If you are shipping to a hotel, venue, college or university, military base, hospital, or other public center, include the recipient’s name and the venue name in the address.
Delivery addresses with central mailrooms may not be able or willing to accept perishable deliveries or packages containing dry ice. Mailroom sorting and notification policies may delay recipient notification. Please check with the destination or recipient in advance to confirm whether perishable shipments can be accepted. Goldbelly is not responsible for packages refused by venues.
If you are shipping to a business, please consider the business hours of the building. FedEx and UPS deliver between 8 am and 10 pm. While carriers do their best to deliver commercial packages during business hours, Goldbelly cannot guarantee delivery during a limited business-hours window.
