Tres Leches Cake

Our take on this famous Latin dessert
Following a traditional recipe, the Tres Leches cake is a rich and super moist vanilla sponge cake soaked with three different types of milk – Evaporated, Condensed and Whole milks.  The cake is then topped with a fluffy whipped cream topping and dusted with Cinnamon.  The sponge cake does not fully absorb the milk, which allows for a rich milk syrup to be scooped up with each bite of cake.  If you have never experienced a Tres Leches cake before, you are in for an amazing culinary treat.

About this cake…

  • Each order comes with two trays of the cake, each with 8-12 servings, depending on how your portion it.  The cakes arrive frozen and are thawed in the refrigerator.  The cake is generally served cooled, but can be served at room temperature.
  • You can keep a thawed cake in the refrigerator for up to five days or it can remain frozen for up to 9 months.
  • This is a perfect dessert for any occasion, formal to casual, to share with friends and family, or simply enjoy on your own.
  • Serving Instructions:  Keep frozen until ready to use.  Thaw in the refrigerator.  Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  • Can be kept refrigerated for up to 5 days and frozen for 9 months.
